Passersby near Potsdamer Platz, in front of the hill above the underground rooms that served as Adolf Hitler's headquarters, known as the "Führerbunker", shortly before the end of the Nazi regime. In the two years preceding the fall of the Wall, the bunker was excavated and removed.
