Ring of candles around a prisoner's uniform in the Stasi district administration headquarters in Frankfurt (Oder); The building was squatted by members of the New Forum and citizen's initiative representatives on 5 December 1989 in order to oversee the eviction of the district administration and hinder Stasi members from the further destruction of files.
