Original Caption

"On 9 November 1989, we were on a staff outing in Kagar near Rheinsberg, and therefore not actually in Berlin. A part of the brigade or team made their way in convoy from there to the border crossing at the Berlin Wall. They wanted to celebrate the great moment of the century with sparkling wine at the point where East meets West."
