“Press conference in Berlin with Angela Merkel (deputy spokesperson of the government) on the possible final negotiation of the Unification Treaty (2nd State Treaty) between the FRG and the GDR in the Bundestag on September 14, 1990. By that time, it would have to be clarified what laws would still be passed in the GDR. By agreement with the government of the FRG, regulations could still be passed in the GDR until October 2, 1990.
